In four hours I'll be off work and ready to enjoy the weekend!

I'm trying to start an e-store for my wife's CDs and my book, I'm hoping the company I'm going through will have the domain transfer process finished today so I can start monkeying with it tomorrow.

I just finished eating two cans of Vienna sausages. Two. But I gave one of the nasty little things to Here Am I's dog Tirzah, who was very appreciative. Tirzah knows instinctively what I try not to think about: that Vienna sausages resemble dog food more than people food. Oh well.

I have a huge pile of paper work that I'd rather ignore and just run out the clock today.

Or I could just throw it all in the trash and see what happens!

Rick, I hear ya on the paperwork. I just sat down to work and don't have any place on my desk to set my French Vanilla iced coffee down. If I remember right, I had this problem yesterday, too. Argh...time to clean again.

Just watching Tropical Storm Bonnie. We're under a tropical storm warning, but it shoudn't get too bad here.

I'm having a cup of tea and thinking about steam mopping my floors. Or, I could hang my lace curtains behind the new pinch pleated damask drapes I recently hung so when I tie them back, the lace peaks through. Or, I could read a book and bask in the glory of all the housework I did yesterday.

I still have several title searches to do before the next semester begins. Title searches, title searches. God said that He'd give the Israelites flesh to eat until it came out of their nostrils; He's given me title searches. They are loathsome unto me.

Browsing the 'net, hoping my site is ready to build. My wife is on another office computer.

I destroyed the disc from an old hard drive today. Not the easiest thing in the world to do! It involved smashing the case with a hammer and snipping the disc itself to pieces with a pair of long-handled garden shears, and I got two blisters on my poor little hand. But now the old computer has been taken to the Habitat for Humanity store, and no miscreants will be able to retrieve personal information and credit card numbers and stuff.

Also, I saw a squirrel today. It was running up a tree.
