You mean you have to PAY for the squares? You don't just cut them out yourself?

I had no idea...what a business concept...

Happy Milk Chocolate Day back to you!

It's cheaper and makes more sense to me to cut your own patterns and pieces from a metre (yard) of fabric, but the marketers have come up with fabric charm packs and jelly rolls to make it easier to piece. Like anything, though, you pay for the convenience.

It was a new one on me too....

Lily sings a little song she made up about chocolate milk. It goes like this, "I love dotti milk, yes I do..." (Dotti mean Chocolate)

RE: Happy Milk Chocolate Day!
In honor of this day, I am enjoying a Caramel Fudge Brownie Bar and a Mudslide coffee.

No guilt here, though...the bar is Atkins and the coffee was made here at home with my new Keurig I got for our anniversary! Thanks dh!

Not to derail a chocolate thread (is that even possible?) but quilt fabrics are usually designed in "collections" and are only manufactured for a limited amount of time. The fabrics in a collection "go" with each other and/or are in several colorways. There are specially designed "charm" quilts that use "charm" squares. So, that way, you can use all the fabrics in a collection, without having to buy a ton of fabric you don't need, because they usually have a minimum yardage they'll cut.

Derail it! Derail it! I get so tired of hearing about chocolate in this forum that I could scream!

I'll help! I think Peter S. Ruckman is a big old snapdragon!
