The burden of Egypt. The prophecy of Egypt.
2 And I will set the Egyptians against the Egyptians: and they shall fight every one against his brother, and every one against his neighbour...

4 And the Egyptians will I give over into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts.
Isaiah 19:2&4

You make the comparison.
It does sound a bit like the current news from Egypt.
Wow! I don't think that the current unrest is a fulfillment of that scripture, but maybe it is, in a way. It's like a "perpetual fulfillment," if there is such a thing: something that just keeps on happening. There have been plenty of coups and revolutions in Egypt over the years; the verse could refer to all of them, while having a special relevance for one that happens later.

A similar "perpetual prophecy," also involving the Arabs, is the angel's description of Ishmael in Gen. 16:12.

Thanks for pointing out the verse, brother.
