WELCOME HOME, BROTHER!

OneBook is a dear brother I met at another forum. I'll let him tell his own story, but he's gonna fit in here just fine!

Brother, this forum, as I told you, is not a battlefield or a debate platform. It's just a little pasture where the lambs and sheep may safely graze, without being attacked for their belief in God's perfect word, the King James Bible. The doctrinal discussions can be deep, but they don't get angry or ugly; and there's plenty of silly stuff, too. You can be yourself here, knowing that you're among brethren and sistren of like mind.

But the real strength of the forum is its prayer support. We've really prayed each other through some heavy times, by the grace of God, and by His mercy, and I hope you'll share your needs with us, as they come up.

God bless you!

Welcome, OneBook! Yep, you'll fit in just fine here, based on your avatar at the other forum alone!

I'm looking forward to your posts.....

Hello To All You KJBO radicals,

Well, I am now 61 years old. Annie, my wife, and I have been married (I think) going on forty-three years. We have three sons (all saved) and many grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Annie and I were Free Will Baptist attending folks in our younger years. I befriended Michael O'Neal and I have been paying for it since, ha, ha. Not really, the Lord used Bro. O'Neal to help us and I thank the Lord for sending him our way. I made a profession of faith when I was a child, attending the First Baptist Church of Graceville FL. Later as an adult I settle it all and gave my mind to the Lord to straigthen out the kinks. I am happy to say I am saved by the Grace of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I thank God for his many promises and for all his mercy and patience with a saved sinner like me. My wife was saved under the ministry of Sammy Allen the year we were married. Neither one of us knew what lay ahead, but it's all been fun. I have build bus ministries, preached in junior church, helped built churches, been an assistant pastor, pastored, baptized, buried, etc. My biggest regret is failing the Lord many years ago. The good news is God has never failed me or left me.

My wife and I would greatly appreciate your prayers for (1) her health, she had some cancer on her nose. (2) our great granddaughter as concerns her legs (3) our newest grand child, Thomas James Morris, he has potential tyroid issues.

Well, I enjoy running and try to run a minimum of ten miles a day. I run at least one marathon a year. My wife enjoys working in the yard and serving her family. What a great blessing God gave me, when he gave me her. She has taught me love!

We will be attending Dr. Ruckman's birthday party this evening. I am a Gator lover, and I'm giving up my football to attend, ha, ha....

You'll probably notice some spelling, wording issues, but since I'm among friends I ain't going to worry;-)

We will certainly be in prayer about that, brother. Our sister Here Am I is in charge of the prayer chain, and I'm sure she'll add these things ASAP. God bless you, and enjoy the party!
:hello2:

I'm praying for your family.
