The Bible is clear when it comes to praying for the "leaders" of our country; here is one that should be prayed for the presidential office every day: Psalms 109:8 (KJB) "Let his days be few; and let another take his office."
I have actually seen this on a bumpersticker before!
I "borrowed" it from someone's status on FB.

That's very clever, and very funny; I laughed out loud. There's just one problem: that's exactly how some Christians prayed for Bush, during his second term.
How'd that work out for everybody? You like the way God answered that prayer?

Ouch!
As a Canadian, am I allowed to chuckle now?

I think the 1st wake up call was 9/11. So many people "supposedly" were returning to the Lord, and that did not last long. Now we have Obama, and I think this should also be a wake up call. I think this country is running out of wake up calls, so we need to prepare for what is next!

Depends... are you laughing with us or at us?

Why, with you, of course! With the political woes up here, us Canucks certainly aren't in much of a position to laugh
at you....
