I am going to order some Chick Tracts to use for witnessing. Also want to order some of Dr. Ruckman's tracts.

Which ones are the best to use of all his tracts?

I also want to order some Spanish Tracts. There are lots of illegals here because of the produce farming in our region, they all hit Wally World on Sunday would like to be able to hand them a tract to read, since I don't speak much Spanish.

Also need a source for a good Spanish New testament.

Any suggestions there?

I am thinking of just ordering the assortment pack and see how it goes.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how effective it is, but I love his "What to do in Case You Miss the Rapture" tract.

My favorite Chick tract is "Love the Jewish People" - a timely tract considering recent events.
For spanish chick tracts, I prefer the 'Tiny Shoes' tract and also 'The Greatest Story Ever Told'. Bearing Precious Seed is a good source for Spanish NTs and John/Romans.

I like Chick tracts because they look like comics, and they do get read!

My favorite is 'This Was Your Life', in either English or Spanish. It is good for all situations. When I went to Epcot at Walt Disney World, I snaffled them all over, in all different languages. I even handed them to people standing there, woo!

'Why Is Mary Crying' is great for Roman Catholic witnessing:

I've also used 'Flight 144':

You can read them online at chick.com, and then put in your order with the Bible Baptist Bookstore.

Ok I have a problem.

I ordered a number of Chick tracts for giving out. I read an article by a preacher I highly respect in which he says Chick teaches Lordship Salvation.

Is this true? I hesitate to pass out anything containing a false gospel or doctrine.

Advice and insights appreciated please. If you think I am over-reacting then let me know, but please give examples of why.

Thank you all,

gary
Did this pastor give any examples or proof?

I've read and used Jack Chick's tracts for years and I've never read anything that would lead me to believe that he teaches Lordship Salvation. Even if he does, I've not seen it in his tracts, maybe that is a recent development. I would not hesitate to use those tracts, brother, but pray about it and do as the Lord leads.
I have read before that Chick teaches Lordship Salvation, but I don't 'see' it in the tracts.

On the last page, the reader is encouraged to 'repent' and be saved. That's not Lordship Salvation.

Read the tracts, and pray, brother, before handing them out. Remember, the Lord can use imperfect tracts, Bibles and people to lead others to Him.
I send tracts in the mail.. I like to use tracts that are short and to the point. I don't think a lost person that does not want anything to do with God will take the time to read a long tract. Thats just my opinion.
