WELCOME HOME, BROTHER!

We're so glad to have you here! If you already know your way around various forums, I think you'll find this one to be user-friendly and uncomplicated. It's just basic stuff.

But it's a very special place to us, and in thirteen years in various forums and on various message boards, I've never seen anyplace quite like it. This is not a battlefield, where Christians argue with non-Christians, and it's not a debating society, where Christians constantly war over doctrinal issues. This is simply a quiet little pasture, where God's sheer and lambs are free to enjoy Him, His perfect word, the King James Bible, and each other. It's a fellowship, first and foremost: but a fellowship of people who have learned, or are learning, about Jesus, God's word, and the Christian life.

There's plenty of "meat" here, in the Bible section, and doctrinal discussions are always welcome: we thrive on them. But there's a lot of games and silliness, too. This is a place, as several members have said, where you can let your hair down and be yourself - - - as unto the Lord, of course!

I hope you've read our statement on What We Believe. You don't have to accept every word in that statement, and some of our members don't: but we're all agreed on the perfect, unique Deity of Jesus Christ, and the unique authority of the King James Bible.

A look at Meet the Staff will give you an idea of the people who serve here. They're okay people, even the three Chick Moderators we have, and well worth knowing.

But the real backbone of this forum is prayer. That's why prayer is the first real forum listed. We've prayed each other through some real, life-threatening crises, and through lesser ones, too. If you have any requests, please share them with us; and please pray for us!
