AV Bible Believers Fellowship

Hey guys,

It's nice to be here. I heard about this forum from a lady named Valerie in another forum. She said that a number of folks here have been sick lately. That's no fun, I don't know how serious it is but I hope ya'll get better soon.

I'm a fellow KJVO independent Baptist, kinda from the Sam Gipp camp (if that's what you want to call it). I've lived all over the place, Phoenix, Georgia, Papua New Guinea, and for the most part Idaho at Treasure Valley Baptist Church, and been around all kinds of Bible believers.

As you can see, I have in my sig a link to my blogsite which is about my family and my book that I'm working on getting published this year. I'm not here to push my book, but I think it's a good book and it has something to offer so I'm not going to pretend it doesn't exisit. :-)

I love God's people, I think they're the best people. I got saved when I was only 6, but I've had to work around some pretty raunchy lost people and it sure makes you appreciate God's people.

It's about time you got here! We've been waiting for you! We didn't know we were waiting for you, but God did, and we're truly delighted to have you here.

I hope you'll take the time to root around (there's an elegant expression) and familiarize yourself with the forum. I've been in online forums, secular and Christian, for about thirteen years, and this is the most unique little family I've ever seen. We're just a bunch of losers, brother. Losers and foul-ups and moral lepers. LOL! How's that for an introduction? But we've been forgiven by the Lord Jesus Christ, and accepted in the Beloved, and we're very, very thankful. We love Him, and His perfect word, the King James Bible, and each other.

You've already heard about the prayer support. That's the backbone of this forum. Please bring us your requests, even if they're unspoken, as you have need; and please keep us in your prayers, as well.

Check out the "Meet the Staff" section, and you'll get a better feel for the kind of folks we are. And, by the way, you needn't feel sheepish about plugging your book: if the Lord gave you something, we appreciate you sharing it!
