I am attempting to access AVBBF using a mobile device.

It works fairly well using the lite (archive) mode, but of course that mode is read only, so I cannot use it to reply or post.

Going directly to avbbf from a mobile device grotesquely renders the site. Also, when I enter my username and password, it does not accept it, and still has me logged in as a guest.

I searched for avbbf from google's mobile site and followed the link. Google renders the site in a more mobile friendly format, but the fields for entering username and password are not enterable, it displays the field titles, but the field doesn't exist.

So anyway, if Luke or Gary finds themselves with nothing to do and would like to investigate if there is something that can be done to make the site more mobile device friendly, I would think that they are just awesome computer tech guys. Well I already think that, but I would think they were more awesomer computer tech guys.
I am learning to access the internet from my second-hand cell phone which I recently owned and I also experience the same problems ("read-only") with some of the other websites. But our current advanced technology just amazes me.
Our church was recently given a second-hand Palm Tungsten C, I don't know how old it is, but it works. It connects directly to my wireless router at home and so I use it to check my email and facebook without having to be tied to a computer, it is really sweet.

Our church's website is also mobile unfriendly, I am going to see what I can do today to create a mobile version of our church's website.

This site works great with the latest iPhone operating system. I can log in, adjust the size, navigate just fine, and post (although I'd probably be incoherent or at least very, very succinct.) Smile

This is what I find too. Plus, PMs are tricky to reply to because you can't scroll through the existing one too well. But it's no problem to compose and send a new PM.
Oh, that's why, my mobile device does not have an option available to resize. Oh well, it was donated. Google does a fairly good job of resizing, but doesn't allow me to log in.

BTW, I mirrored our church's website this weekend and resized it for mobile. It was much easier than I had anticipated.
