Define the difference between right and wrong, good and evil. There may be some difference in the amount, of understanding one has. But there is hardly any difference in the terms, used to describe the condition one is in.
In fact if it counts for anything, Websters considers it the same.

The difference, I believe, lies in the understanding. Animals can be trained to do and not do things based on reward and punishment even though they do not understand why the behavior is right/wrong, good/bad. Young children may also be trained to do and not do things based on reward and punishment. They can be trained to not throw food on the floor, to come when called, to sit when told. They can know that right behavior merits reward while wrong behavior merits punishment and yet still not have an understanding of why things are good and other things are evil.
However, I think we probably believe the same thing in actuality, the question is not in belief but rather in defining terms. I prefer to not use right/wrong and prefer good/evil because the fruit in the garden was the knowledge of good and evil (rather than right and wrong).
Well I have been considering my question, and may have also arrived at the conclusion. "Right and Wrong", verses "Good and Evil". The Pharisees saw the "right and wrong" of the law to the letter or to be observed literally. But failed to see the "good and evil" in a spiritual sense. They failed to understand just practicing the law was not enough, but that their fleshly thoughts/desires condemned them.
So at that point we have not only little ones, but huge numbers of Adults that do not understand good and evil, without Holy Spirit conviction. So it is not a matter of age at all, but up to God when one comes to the understanding of good and evil. But still in a general sense not picking at words, right and wrong, good and evil, are basically interchangeable. It all depends, on the sense of application of the user.
