"How do I put a picture in my post?"

There are two ways to do this...

First, if you want to upload a picture from your own computer:

1. Open a reply window as if you were going to reply to a post
2. Go to the bottom of the screen to the 'attachment' area
3. Click on 'Browse'
4. Find the picture on your own computer
5. Click 'ok' or 'open' etc. (the 'ok' box may vary based upon your computer)
Note that the path to the picture is now displayed in the attachment 'box'
6. At the bottom of the screen, click on 'Add Attachment', wait
7. The attachment area now shows the picture you will be uploading
8. Post as usual

It will show up as a thumbnail at the bottom of the post, as I have done below.

Second way to post a picture to follow in the next post...
"How do I put a picture in my post?"

The first way is to upload a picture from your computer.

However, perhaps there is a picture on the web that you'd like to use, or you want the picture to show up full sized in your post. Here's how to do that:

1. Access the picture on the internet
2. 'Right click' with your mouse, and choose 'properties'
3. Highlight and copy the url address of the picture ("http://avbbf....")
4. Open a new post on this site
5. Click on the icon above that looks like a tiny mountain and sun
6. Paste the url address into the window that opens, click 'OK'

The url will now show up in your post as '. When you post, the image will show up instead of the url.

Like so:
